More About Chalani:
I’m originally from Scarborough and I’m grateful to be so close to home as I complete my training in Public Health and Preventive Medicine. I am enthralled by the broad spectrum of issues housed within PHPM, from water quality to drug toxicity to occupational health, and I look forward to developing the diverse skillset needed to be a specialist in this field. I am based out of St. Michael’s Hospital for my family medicine training, where my passion for health justice informs my clinical work. Outside of medicine, you can find me scrolling through the contemporary fiction section of Libby, giving gratuitous pets to neighbourhood cats, or working on my latest embroidery project.
