More About Laura:

I am excited to be training in the public health and preventive medicine residency program. I started out my career doing epidemiological research, looking at population-level links between people’s health and the environments they live and work in. Through my medical training, I have gained a deeper appreciation for the social and ecological determinants of health. I look forward to serving my community in the future as a PHPM physician—improving health through population-level interventions. In my down time, I enjoy biking, baking, reading and—when time and humidity allow—chocolate-making!
