The Royal College allows training sites to be designated as either accredited or non-accredited. The practical implication of this is that residents are limited to 3 months of field training at non-accredited sites. Accredited sites must undergo a review and sign an agreement of affiliation to the program to be designated as accredited.

- Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health and the Public Health Division, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care
- Peel Public Health
- Public Health Ontario
- Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit
- Toronto Public Health
- York Region Public Health
- External Sites – Northern Ontario School of Medicine
- Distance Learning – Michael Rachlis, Policy
Non-Accredited Sites include:
